Pop-up bar projects
We have been all over and as you can see, we do offer bar solutions for absolutely any pop-up bar project you can imagine. Here are a few of the places we have been in the last twelve months:
Bloom Gin "PYO"
Pop Up Bar
One of our favourite projects to date, The Cocktail Service provided the staff, alongside our sister company In The Spirit Events who created the space. This award winning concept saw the traquility of the british Pick your own strawberry farms brought to central London. Passers by were encouraged to step into the Bloom PYO, pick their own strawberries before strolling to the grass clad bar to have their offerings made into a delicious G&T. A haven of birdsong, hay bales, Bloom gin and strawberries this was a fantastic experience to be involved in.
The Greenalls Pavillion
Pop Up Bar
Tasked by Greenalls Gin to come up with a unique concept for the Ashes at Old Trafford, The Cocktail Service formulated a plan to produce the cricket inspired Greenalls Pavillion. The pavillion was constructed out of European Redwood and covered with a marquee roof. Greenalls Gin was intermingled on the back bar with cricket trophies and memorabilia and the bar was a huge hit with the 10,000 spectators in the area
Aegon Tennis Championships
Pop Up Bar
At The Cocktail Service we are pleased to be continuing our events relationship with Inception Group into 2013. We have been tasked by Queens Club London to produce a unique experience for their members and what better way then a unique pop up bar! Following on from our success with Maggies On The River, we are bringing the 80s wonderland to this top tennis championship. All of the Maggies favourites will be available including rubix cube tables, delicious sharing cocktails and of course 1980s music to dance away the tournament to. With Andy Murray confirmed to play it looks like the Aegon Tennis Championships 2013 could be one of the best yet.
Buffalo Trace Pop Up Bar
Pop-up bar, London Cocktail Week
The Cocktail Service is in the midst of a collaboration with Bourbon heavy weights Buffalo Trace on a series of pop-up bars across the UK. Our first foray with this delectable Bourbon brand was to huge acclaim during London Cocktail Week and we are currently operating The Buffalo Bourbon Empire Brighton. Keep posted for more locations and dates in 2013.
Maggies On The River
Pop-up bar Henley Royal Regatta
For 2012 we decided to team up with the fantastic guys at Inception Group to bring to life their vision of a pop up bar in honour of Maggie's an 80s themed nightclub. Working alongside major brands Bacardi Brown-Forman, Asahi and Perrier-Jouet it promised to be an eighties extravaganza punctuated by fishbowl cocktails, Rubik's Cube tables and live performances from the likes of George Michael and Debbie Harry. With a packed house, party goers danced the night away reliving their fondest eighties memories shamelessly! The venue garnered some fantastic press attention and was featured in Tatler as well as being described in The Sunday Times Magazine "as one of the 50 best things to do this summer" Check out our video of the event here
Bar & Restaurant Consultancy Fulham
The Cocktail Service and its burgeoning consultancy arm have been tasked by the guys behind Notting Hill institution The Supper Club to offer our expertise in their latest venture Honky Tonk. We are providing full consultancy on this project from concept, design, build and opening of the venue which is a unique niche of total management, build and menu consultancy of new venues. A New York inspired restaurant and bar, Honky Tonk will bring an edgy decor and atmosphere that is far away from any other offering currently in London's Little Chelsea. The innovative design from our in-house creative team and the cutting edge drinks list is sure to be a huge hit with the locals who will have the pleasure of supping barrel aged cocktails on a bourbon led drinks list. Opened late September 2012.
