The Best of London Cocktail Week 2021
What is London Cocktail Week?
London Cocktail Week was launched by Siobhan Payne and Hannah Sharman-Cox in 2010 to celebrate the capital’s status as a world class cocktail location.
In 2021 the festival is extended to cover the entire month of October, so you have even more time to enjoy £7 signature cocktails at 250 venues across the capital.
Participating bars include some of the best venues in London, including Lyaness, Tāyer+Elementary, Artesian at The Langham, and Hacha Brixton.
To get involved, wristbands are £15 and are available from londoncocktailweek.com
Here is our pick of the best features of London Cocktail Week 2021
The World’s Most Rubbish Bar
Zero-waste spirit brand Discarded Spirits Co. is launching an exclusive drinking experience.
Bartenders from the best bars in the world will transform “waste” into sustainable cocktails, using sustainable spirits from Discarded.
Discarded Grape Skin Vodka, Discarded Banana Peel Rum, Discarded Sweet Cascara Vermouth all reuse otherwise wasted ingredients.
The experiential bar will take you on a journey from when you arrive, making you think about how you see waste.
We’re thrilled to see London Cocktail Week continuing to feature sustainable activations. Since our launch in 2009 we’ve continually focused on how we can be more sustainable as an events and drinks company.

Another trend which we see coming post-pandemic is the return of experiential activations and pop-ups. Customers have a desire for real-life interactions, and experiences which pioneer new techniques and tricks to engage consumers.
The Essence House will be the heart of the London Cocktail Week hub in Covent Garden, creating an immersive, multi-sensorial drinking experience.
Guests will enjoy a series of detailed tests of flavour and aroma, designed to uncover ways to reimagine taste.
Afterwards you can relax on the roof terrace with some signature London Essence cocktails.
