HOW WE WORK
Initially, we like to speak with clients to see the scope of work and the bar consultancy services they require from us.
One of our bar consultants will then produce a proposal based on your requirements and budget, which will include initial renders, product lists, training plans and a project outline.
Once agreed a scope of work is created and the consultancy delivery will begin.

MENU & DRINK DEALS
As part of our services we can produce on trend drinks menus. We negotiate pricing with route to market, cost drinks to correct GP %, create cocktail specs and provide training on drink making.
We assess the venue location and demographics to ensure the correct product mix is delivered and maximum profitability is achieved.

At The Cocktail Service we train management and general staff, providing a comprehensive theory and training in bar service. This includes training on service standards, product knowledge, minimising wastage, dealing with customers and upselling. We can implement detailed operation manuals, quick reference guides and daily duty checklists to ensure the efficient delivery of bar operations in your venue.
