45ml Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
15ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
20ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice
10ml Simple Syrup
25ml Egg White
2 Dashes Peychaud Bitters
How to Make
Add first 6 ingredients to a shaker and shake with ice. Double strain into a coupe glass top with prosecco and garnish
