35ml Tequila
15ml Ancho Reyes
20ml Fresh Lime Juice
15ml Chilli & Coriander Syrup

 

How to Make a Jalisco Cooler

Add all ingredients into a Boston Glass or shaker. Fill with ice and shake hard. Pour over fresh ice and garnish.

The History of the Jalisco Cooler

Another house creation from our 2016 summer menu by David Indrak. The cocktail is a delicious blend of chilli, coriander, tequila and lime and was designed to evoke all of the flavours of the famed Mexican cuisine.
