How To Make A Jalisco Cooler

Ingredients:
35ml Tequila
15ml Ancho Reyes
20ml Fresh Lime Juice
15ml Chilli & Coriander Syrup

Garnish: Coriander Sprig, Dehydrated Lime and Chilli Slice
Glass: Rocks

How To Make It:
Add all ingredients into a boston glass or shaker. Fill with ice and shake hard. Pour over fresh ice and garnish.
