30ml Coffee Infused Highproof Rum
20ml Sweet Vermouth
10ml Pineapple Liqueur
5ml Fernet Branca
5 Pieces Dehydrated Banana
How to Make a Tropical Tantrum
Add alcohol and banana to a mixing glass and stir over ice. Fine Strain and serve over a giant ice cube.

We spotted the Tropical Tantrum on Instagram and reached out to its creator, the mixologist Sævar Helgi Örnólfsson.
He is the bar manager at Fjallkonan, kitchen & pub in Reykjavík, Iceland.
Sævar designs cocktail and photograph them professionally in his home country and his cocktail showcased here is an exceptional drink which is both unusual in its flavour profile and delicious.
