The History of the Foraged Martini
The Foraged Martini is a gentler version of a classic Gin Martini.
Created by Max and Noel Venning in 2016 for the opening menu at Three Sheets, it appeals to both hardened martini drinkers and those who would not normally drink such sturdy classics.
Three Sheets is an award-winning cocktail bar opened by Max and Noel in Dalston in 2016.
The bar has a focus on simple, elegant serves that put the customer first and the menu changes regularly and with the seasons.
Three Sheets was voted as the UK’s best bar at the Class Awards 2019 and is listed as the 16th best cocktail bar in the world on the World’s 50 Best Bars list.
