30ml Roku Gin

25ml Fino Sherry

30ml Watermelon

15ml Lemon Juice

15ml Agave Syrup

3 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Give them a good shake then strain into a Coupe glass.

The Dunes is one of eight, Rat Pack inspired signature cocktails from Maybe Sammy in Sydney.

The Dunes used to be called “ The miracle of the desert “ for its opulent and theatrical design inspired by Arabian Nights fairy-tails.  The bubble on top of the drink is reminiscent of The Dune and will transport you into the magic of 1950s.

Maybe Sammy opened it’s doors in early 2019 and has already made quite the impression. It came in at number 11 the world’s 50 best bars of 2020.

Co-owned by Stefano Catino and Vince Lombardo and with the collective experience of an award-winning bartending team (including Andrea Gualdi and Martin Hudak), an interior influenced by 1950s Hollywood and vegas glamour and a cocktail list that oozes elegance Maybe Sammy is here to stay.
