“Building on MO BAR’s first menu’s theme of nomadic voyagers and ‘People of the Sea’, the Harvest Queen is one of the sixteen innovative cocktails inspired by the adventures and guest shift experiences among Mandarin Oriental, Singapore colleagues across Asia Pacific.
Born out of a collaboration with local experts and a highly acclaimed bartender in Hanoi, Vietnam, the Harvest Queen uses Agricole Rhum as the base as well as flavours of guava and fresh green apple; two of the ingredients the team worked with after visiting local markets in Ho Chi Minh.
Equally refreshing as it is stunning, the addition of basil and lime further lends a citrus note to the drink and is ideal for those looking for a tropical cocktail experience!”
